We start with a Kahoot on the do's and don'ts of reaching out, like personalizing your connection note, keeping the ask small, and following up without being pushy. Then everyone connects with each other in the room using a QR code slide. To close it out, a presenter sends a real connection request live on screen, asking a professional for a coffee chat or quick advice, to show how simple and low pressure it actually is.
