101 breaths (please don’t count them!) is a 15 minute, low-threshold, beginner-friendly, mindful meditation break for your day, to relax or reset or refuel. We’ll try something new every week. There is no curriculum, so feel free to just tune in to the Zoom (no need to turn your camera on), whether you’ve ever meditated or not.
This meditation is led by Dr. Paul Verhaeghen, a mindfulness instructor certified through the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (fka Koru). As a psychology professor, he also teaches a class (PSYC3005) on the science and practice of mindfulness.
