As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of CFM International, we are excited to showcase a CFM LEAP engine on campus as part of the LEAP roadshow tour!

CFM International is the 50/50 joint venture between GE Aerospace and Safran. CFM International started with development of the CFM56, the world’s best-selling turbofan engine, which has since achieved more than 1 billion flight hours.

Today, we continue to deliver on our commitment to customers with the LEAP engine, which offers 15% better fuel efficiency, 15% lower CO2 emissions, and reduced noise levels compared to CFM56 engines. We are excited and proud to show off this amazing product to help inspire the next generation!
